Abstract
This study proposes a wristband-type device called ``HaBand'' designed to suppress impulsive behaviors triggered by stress or heightened emotions, such as making extreme statements on social media or impulsive shopping. The device estimates the user's stress levels using EDA and blood pulse wave sensors and restricts actions such as posting on social media or making cashless payments during periods of high stress.
Through the MIST (Montreal Imaging Stress Task) and shopping simulation task, the effectiveness of stress detection was evaluated, demonstrating the potential of the device to support behavioral regulation.
